Hope your week has started off great, I am a little slow as of late due to sick kids, but I have finally started my Valentines cards, so the next few post or so will be dedicated to love themed cards, I am not sure how many I will be doing at the moment as my mojo has been scattered lately. But I hope you enjoy what I have to share and find inspiration in it.
Good Day Everyone,
I am finally getting around to taking part in some more fun challenges. I though I would start of with the Color showdown challenge as the colors really peaked my interest and got the creative juices flowing.
The last few weeks heck months went by so fast. I had intented to get this post up almost a month ago and well I got a bit behind due to children, illness and then reciving a few orders to work on. So I am so sorry this is so late.
back at the end of August in to early September found myself with a little time to just sit down in my craft roon and have some fun with no real agenda or specific project I needed to make. (This has not happend for a while now.. not complaining at all as I love to create for others) But its nice to just have some time to just play with the products in my office, experiment and actually make some of the cards and projects I had in the back of my mind for a while.
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I decided to try my hand at another challenge, this time from the Color Throw Down blog, The color challenge was using red , green and white. This was fun for me as I am Italian and though i would do a little nod to my heritage using the Lawn Fawn Pizza My Heart stamp set and the My Favorite Things Recipe for happiness stamp set.
Good afternoon lovely crafty friends. I am here to share with you a card I created for the My Favorite things Sketch challenge as well as the Color challenge. This is the very first time I have taken part in one of their challenges and I have to say I really enjoyed myself, as it got me to use colors.
I so love Simon Says Stamp.com as i discovered they have absolutely everything you could want for scrap booking and card making. I also love their blog, as they always have these wonderful challenges to take part in.
Here is a card i created for the Simon says stamp blog challenge. The challenge was to to use , orange peel, slate, green apple and lavender.
