All that sparkle..is right I tried very hard to use as much glitter and sparkle as I possible could on one card lol..

Most of it was pretty mess free

I started off my card by embossing sone heavy weight cardstock using a Christmas folder from my stash ( pretty sure its discontinued as I couldn't find it anywhere to link) and then taking my Nuvo Shimmer paste and a palette knife I ran over the whole card with it. Its very very shimmery but hard to catch on camera!

I set the embossed panel aside to dry and moved on to my Christmas tree and Santa image.

I used the My favorite things Secret Santa for this card, I stamped the image out on to Bristol card stock using Versafine black onxy ink.

I coloured  the tree and Santa Clause using two shades of green and red clean colour zig markers.

I also used my water brush to pull some of the colour ( I only did this for the tree)

For the Christmas ornaments, I covered them in glue strategically and added the different colour of glitter to them. Sparkly

Once I finished colouring I fussy cut the image out and set it aside and worked on the rest of the card.

I went to my die cutting machine and die cut the embossed glitter panel using the Lawn fawn scallop window die along with some sentiment banner strips.

I created an A2 card base using heavy black cardstock, I adhered the Santa and tree using a single layer of foam tape, I then added the embossed panel, which popped up using a double layer of foam.

I heat embossed the sentiment on the black banner strips using gold glitter embossing powder which added an extra layer of sparkly goodness.

I added the sentiment strips with more foam tape tucking the HO HO HO into the window and the other sentiment on top.

To finish it off and tie in the colours I added some red and green sequins.

Sadly I couldn't get the best pictures or angels to pick up the glitter but hopefully you can see a bit of it.

Thanks for hoping along with us. I do hope you got some inspiration.

Cant wait to see what you create over on our Scrap’n Stamp Challenge group.

Have a lovely weekend.

Nancy
