Happy Holidays / Merry Christmas / Seasons Greetings on and Should I say Happy New Year also.. 

Hope everyone is having a beautiful holiday with those they care about. So sorry this post has taken me forever to get up and I wasn't sure I would even post it but I want the new year to start off on a better footing and that means finishing things I start.  My New Years goals and resolutions are to post at least twice a week on the blog and even more on Facebook and instagram. (here is hoping the kiddies will allow for this lol – Mom life first) 

These cards are created with my favorite medium of the year which  are the Distress Oxides and Inks.

Happy Sunday… I mean Monday everyone,

My intention was to get it out earlier but life, kids and a sore back got in the way. 

Hope you all have a wonderful  weekend  that was  filled with crafting fun. I just wanted to pop in and share a few cards I created for a client. I hope you enjoy the cards and find some inspiration as well. 

I created three mock ups for him which is what you see below. 

Fun with Distress Oxides

This blog post was meant to go up over  a week ago but sadly life with children got in the way. Lol 

I am popping in to share some fun cards and backgrounds I created using the new Distress Oxides that just came out.  The backgrounds were inspired by a recent video that Jennifer McGuire  shared, it was chalked full of fantastic ideas. I felt so inspired I just had to go pull out a few of my stencils and background stampset and started playing.

Not only did I start playing with the orignial 12 distress oxides, I recieved a phone call from my craft store that the new ones had come in and the three I had preordered had been set a side. Can you say happy dance.
